Written Purchase Order or written Order Confirmation is required in order to properly ship and invoice your order.

Blanket Order Policy

Blanket Orders are designed to help our Customers to obtain maximum quantity discounts and better deliveries.
They do not protect future price changes.
Such an order will be accepted, subject to the following conditions:
1) Total value shall be for a minimum of $ 2,000;
2) Products may be combined for quantity discounts;
3) The total quantity shall be released within one year from the date of the Blanket Order. If the total order is not released for shipment within one year, Seko reserves the right to reinvoice for the quantity released.

Cancellation

On blanket orders Seko reserves the right to manufacture all parts in advance for quantity specified on order. In the event of a cancellation or change in specifications, the customer will be held responsible for the cost involved.

Returns

No merchandise may be returned for credit without our written permission. Return merchandise authorization number required in advance of return.

Net 30 Days;
Open account terms are granted to firms with establshed credit. If credit is not established, please send check or authorize MasterCard, Visa, American Express charge or C.O.D. shipment. Include sufficient shipping charges on cash orders.

Limitation of Liability

SEKO Dosing System Corp. does not accept responsibility for the mishandling, misuse, or non-performance of the described items when used for purposes other than those specified in the instructions. Seller's warranty obligations and buyers remedies are solely and exclusively as stated herein. Seller shall have no other liability, direct or indirect, oof any kind, including liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages or for any other claims for damage or loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, whether based on negligence, strict liability, breach of contract or breach of warranty.

SEKO Dosing System Corp. Limited

All Seko controls and pump systems are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE-YEAR. Warranty applies only to the replacement or repair of such parts when returned to the factory with a SEKO number, freight prepaid and found to be defective upon factory inspection. Rubber and synthetic rubber parts such as "O" rings, diaphragms, squeeze tubing and gaskets are considered expendable and are not covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover liability resulting from performance of this equipment nor the labor to replace this equipment. Product abuse or misuse voids warranty. No other warranty, oral, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, is made for these products, and all other warranties are hereby expressly excluded. Seller's sole obligation under this warranty will be, at seller's option, to repair or replace products that meet the terms of this warranty.
